Return & Exchange eligibility
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll offer you a full refund or notify you when it's back in stock.
How to return or exchange your order
Step 1: Email us at info@mawwj.com with:
- Object: Return or Exchange
- Your order number
- Reason for the return or the exchange (this is optional, to help us improve)
- Photos if the item is damaged or different than what you ordered
Step 2: We'll send your return instructions within 1-3 working days
Step 3: Ship the item back to us as per the return instructions
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund (~ 5-7 working days)
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
